French Ambassador and Somali Minister of Finance sign bilateral agreement on debt relief
On Thursday, November 26th, French Ambassador Aline Kuster-Ménager and Somali Minister of Finance Abdirahman Dualle Beileh met in Mogadishu and signed a bilateral agreement to reduce and restructure debt owed by the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) to French government agencies.

French cooperation partners with the Edna Adan Foundation to train medical personnel within the Edna Adan Hospital of Hargeisa, in coordination with Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, and to teach French language within the Edna Adan University French centre.
